Marco Gallo posted a photo of a uniformed man riding a motorcycle. But what caught the attention of netizens is that he has a backrider who was not even wearing any helmet, but only a face mask.

There was also no barrier, as opposed to the deemed mandate by the government on all motorcycle riders.

"Is this the example our government is setting for us?"

This is not the first time that a public officer was caught on camera not following the "regulations" set by the government.

These photos have gone viral and have also elicited reactions from online users.
