Kean Cipriano, the famous composer and singer, hardly use social media to express his own personal thoughts, however, on July 26, a day before President Rodrigo Duterte's SONA, he took to Twitter to air out his sentiments.

Enumerating the apparent problems that hound society today, Kean made clear his frank observations.

"I never felt secure. It never felt safe. Ang daming nagkakasakit. Ang daming namamatay. Ang daming nawawalan ng trabaho. Ang daming nagsasara na negosyo. Ang daming nagaaway. Ang daming kasinungalingan. Ang daming excuses. Ano ba talagang plano?"

Although Kean Cipriano did not explicitly name names, the singer made it very obvious to whom his question was directed at.
