Malaysian comedian Nigel Ng or popularly known as Uncle Roger recently went viral for his brutally honest reaction over the video of BBC Food host Hersha Patel cooking egg fried rice.
KAMI learned that the video is now close to reaching 5 million views on YouTube.
In a YouTube video posted by Uncle Roger, he made a reaction video on how the BBC Food host makes egg fried rice.
However, the video did not sit well with the Asian comedian who knows how to cook rice by heart as it is part of their culture.
In the said video, it can be seen that the host did a different method to measure the water that should be put in the rice.
“Why you measure water with cup? Just use your finger. That’s how you measure water, not with British teacup,” he said.
It was also seen in the video that the host did not wash the rice and even used a colander to drain the rice.
“Wait, so you don’t wash the rice? How you don’t wash the rice? Now you just cook the rice, the rice is stinky like you,” the comedian said.
“What [is] she doing?! Drain the rice?! Oh my god! You killing me, woman,” he added.
