Vice Ganda is a famous host and comedian in the Philippines. After the ABS-CBN shutdown, Vice announced that he is having his own digital network.
Earlier, the comedian made it clear that he is not competing against his home network, ABS-CBN. He also revealed that he may invite Kapuso celebrities in his own network.
He thought of creating his own network to help the staff of ABS-CBN that got affected by the retrenchment, as well as the comedians who lost their job.
