Vice Ganda finally spoke up regarding his “walk out” scene on “It’s Showtime” that immediately made the rounds in the online world.
KAMI learned that the comedian could not hide his frustration because of the Congress’ decision to officially denied the franchise renewal of the Kapamilya network.
While singing a few lines from the theme song of the said noontime program, the “Phenomenal Box Office Star” suddenly exited the stage.
On Twitter, Vice finally addressed the issue, saying that he could no longer hold back his tears during the opening number.
He also clarified that upon crying backstage, he became more composed that was why he was able to come back and continue hosting.
“Kailangan kong umexit sa point na yun para umiyak,” he wrote.
“I couldn’t fake it. Pero ok nako after humagulgol,” he added.
Vice Ganda is a prominent actor, comedian, television host, and product endorser in the Philippines. His real name is Jose Marie Borja Viceral.
During the recent episode of “It’s Showtime,” he decided to reveal the reason why he does not want to have a child.
The celebrity also gave a heart-stirring message to employees of ABS-CBN who are heavily affected by the shutdown issue against the network.
