Luis Manzano finally reacted to the vote that was made by Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto.
The former actress voted in favor of the renewal, along with the other ten congressmen.
Luis, in a tweet, expressed how proud he was of the decision of his mother.
"I love you Momski Vilma Santos Recto, proud of you [heart emoji]"
In a statement, the congresswoman said that she was also surprised at the turnout because initially, there were many of them and the numbers just dropped.
