“Artista lang ako, hindi mambabatas, so seguro wala akong qualifications to speak about the law.
I also believe that terrorism is always a threat at any time but right now the virus is killing more people on a daily basis.”
Maganda ang intention ng ATB, nakikita ko yon, pero may kasabihan, ‘THE ROAD TO HELL IS PAVED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS’. Kung meron mang pagkukulang ang HSA, by all means, amend, but with extreme care and attention to detail. Huwag nating madaliin.

Una, the bill poses a threat to our right to assemble and our freedom of speech.
“Pangalawa, the definition of terrorist is too loose, too vague and prone to abuse. How irresponsible is that?
Pangatlo, ipinauubaya sa isang task force composed ng cabinet members at ng DOJ ang pag formulate ng mga ‘guidelines to ensure safeguards against wrongful arrest’ and to work out the Implementing Rules and Regulations(IRR) for the bill. With all due respect but that does not inspire any amount of confidence in me.”
“Please pardon the rantings of an old man, pero kung hindi ako magsasalita ngayon, eh kailan pa?”
