Pinky Amador made headlines after she got caught on video shouting and cursing at employees of a hotel in Makati for accepting OFWs and allegedly placing the tenants’ health in danger.
KAMI learned that Korina Sanchez interviewed the controversial actress in her Kapamilya program “Rated K.”
According to Pinky, she got extremely emotional while confronting the hotel employees because she could not afford to get sick since she lives alone.
She added that she has nothing against OFWs but argued that the tenants should have been made aware of the travel history of the OFWs to protect their health.
However, Pinky still apologized because her anxiety and fear overwhelmed her and made her insult the hotel employees.

'Yung buong mundo ngayon, nasa kalagitnaan tayo ng pandemya. Lahat ng tao nagtatago, nagkukulong, takot. Pati na rin ang mga kasama ko sa aking building, lahat kami sobrang nabahala. Pati na rin ako kasi pinaglalaban ko lang naman 'yung karapatan ko at naming lahat sa building na mabuhay na ligtas sa sakit.
“Ang mga OFW natin, bayani ng bayan. Bakit naman ako magagalit sa kanila? Sa katunayan, naging OFW din ako. Mahal ko ang mga OFW. Natutuwa pa nga ako kung makakatulong ang building namin sa pagtatanggap sa kanila para makauwi na sila.
"Ang naging problema lang dito, hindi kami sinabihan. Hindi ba worldwide protocol iyan na kailangan nalalaman ng lahat kung saan nanggagaling ang mga manlalakbay? Utos sa atin ng gobyerno na kailangan sinasabi natin lahat ang ating travel history para makapag-ingat tayong lahat. 'Yun lang naman ang hinihingi namin sa administration ng building namin. Bakit hindi nila maibigay? Ano ba ang tinatago nila.
“Maaaring sumobra talaga 'yung galit ko na nakapagsalita ako ng masasakit, na nainsulto ko ang mga kausap ko at pati na rin ang mga nanood ng video. Ang hinihingi ko lang naman is paumanhin dahil sa bugso ng damdamin, takot na takot na ako. Galit na galit na kaming lahat. Hindi namin alam kung bakit kami binabastos at binabalewala para sa isang bagay na dapat naman nilang ibigay sa amin,” Pinky told Korina.
