Matteo Guidicelli recently attended the Facebook live chat, Onwards and Upwards towards the New Normal alongside other celebrities including Dingdong Dantes, Drew Arellano, Nico Bolzico, and Rico Blanco earlier this week on June 10.
During the live chat, KAMI learned that Matteo shared his current struggles with his restaurant business, Da Gianni.
It can be worth noting that various businesses were greatly affected due to the lockdown that ensued in the country because of the coronavirus.
According to Matteo, handling the business has become a challenge recently.
"I think restaurant business is really a big challenge. We all shifted to delivery, but now the extra challenge was the logistics of things, how to send your food to the client but we found a very nice partner," he shared.
Matteo also added the things have not been good as before, "I mean that's okay you know, but it's not as good as before."
The Kapamilya actor also discussed their preparation once the government allows them thirty percent of the occupancy for their restaurant.
“The game's totally different. I think next week, the government allowed us I think thirty percent occupancy of the restaurant if I'm not mistaken, so we were at the restaurant a while ago you know, setting up, putting stickers, social distancing here and there," the actor said.
Matteo also briefly talked about his and Sarah Geronimo's life together as a married couple, "We’re four months married. Marriage has been the best part of my life. Everything’s great."
