Vice Ganda gets emotional during "It's Showtime's" first live show after 3 months

Vice Ganda and the rest of the hosts of ABS-CBN's noontime program It's Showtime are back to entertain people on Saturday, June 13.

KAMI learned that the comedian tried to hold back his tears as he welcomed once again the "madlang pipol" via Kapamilya channel.

"We are back," the comedian said.

"Miss na miss namin kayong lahat. Alam namin hinihintay niyo kami. Ito na magkakasama na tayo ulit. Sana magdire-diretso na."

Furthermore, Vice also added, "Ang pagbabalik po namin sa ‘Showtime’ at ang pag-ere ng Kapamilya network ay masasabi kong hindi ito solusyon sa COVID, sa pandemya, hindi naman ito magbibigay gamot sa mga nagkaroon ng sakit, pero maari po kaming magbigay ng gamot sa ilang mga karamdaman na dulot nitong COVID-19, tulad ng kalungkutan ninyo, kabagutan ninyo ng takot na nararamdaman ninyo ngayon.

"Pipilitin po naming mabura yan sa pamamagitan ng paglalagay ng konting ngiti sa mga mukha ninyo, kaya hayaan niyo kaming tumuloy sa mga bahay ninyo, dahil miss na miss namin kayo at mahal na mahal namin kayo."

Meanwhile, Jhong Hilario was full of energy as he tried to kiss the floor of the stage as an expression of how he missed the show.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Vice Ganda commented on Karla Estrada's post on her social media account. It can be recalled that the celebrity mom celebrated her first anniversary with her non-showbiz partner, Jam Ignacio. Her online post, however, prompted Vice to call her "malandi."

Vice Ganda is a popular actor, comedian, television host, and recording artist in the Philippines. He starred in many blockbuster movies including “Praybeyt Benjamin.”
