Liza Soberano finally confirmed on social media the heartbreaking news that her teleserye “Make It with You” is no longer going back on air.
KAMI learned that the gorgeous actress also penned an emotional message for the avid viewers of her romantic-comedy series with Enrique Gil.
The celebrity initially recognized the fact that a lot of people are upset because of the news, but she pointed out that “fear of the virus” is the main reason why the show needed to be canceled.
She revealed that she and the other cast members hesitated when they were told that the taping will already resume on June 13 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Liza also decided to apologize to the supporters of the said Kapamilya series because they will no longer be given the ending that they deserve.
“Thank you so much for embarking on the journey of Billie and Gabo. It breaks my heart to confirm that we will no longer be coming back to air. I know a lot of you are upset and looking for answers and the only explanation I can give you is genuine fear of the virus,” she wrote.
“I consulted my family, my managers, and the team and we all came to an agreement that it might be for the best to not continue with the show anymore… I’m sorry we won’t be able to give our audience the ending they deserve. Thank you and looking forward to our next adventure,” she added.
