- A netizen fearlessly told the actress that she needs to “wake up” and do something “relevant”
- The said social media user also called the celebrity “out-of-touch priviledged”
- Heart did not hesitate to respond to the said basher and she admitted to feeling sad after reading the comment
Heart Evangelista did not hesitate to respond to a social media user who suddenly commented against her and her recent posts.
KAMI learned that the said netizen did not like how the gorgeous actress flaunted her sophisticated outfits for the so-called “new normal.”
The person who commented negatively said that the content of the posts of the “My Korean Jagiya” star is so problematic and out of touch.
She also advised Heart to wake up already and do something relevant because she has power, influence, and platform.
"Your hashtag and posts are so problematic. The 'new normal' our country is facing is not your normal," the netizen wrote.
"Wake up, Heart. You have the platform, power, and position to do something relevant and different for people. Your clothes, coiffed hair, and expensive jewelries don't reflect the realities of what we're all facing right now. It's distasteful and out of touch," she added.
The prominent celebrity decided to retweet the intense comment about her and she admitted to feeling sad after reading it.
She explained that her art and fashion serve as her way to express herself freely and she also emphasized that she has not done anything wrong.
“You have caused me so much sadness. I honestly don’t know what to do about myself. 2 days you’ve been at it,” she replied.
“I express myself through my art and fashion. I have not done anything wrong. Using my image to create hate is wrong... Still I will wish you well. God bless,” she added.
In a previous article by KAMI, Kim Chiu recently received praises from power couple Heart and Chiz Escudero.
