Vice Ganda took to social media to call the attention of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) to solve commuters’ woes as the National Capital Region shifted to a general community quarantine on June 1.
In a tweet, the comedian urged the said agency to address the lack of transportation among commuters returning to work in Metro Manila.
So mukhang may mali sa kalkulasyon,” he wrote.
“Sa madaling salita, WALA PONG MASAKYAN," he furthermore added. "ANO PONG PLANO NYO? BAKA BALAK NYO SILANG PAGMALASAKITAN.”
Vice Ganda then received reactions from netizens who appreciated him for voicing out his concerns:
“Thank you for speaking up.”
“Thank you for using your platform to speaking up about this issue. Iloveyou!”
“Pray lang po tayo and be positive.”
“Thanks for using your platform and your voice. For the Filipinos.”
