Senator Rolando "Bato" dela Rosa must have been feeling so happy based on the huge grin that he showed when the senate live session adjourned early on Tuesday.
When Sen. Tito Sotto put the gavel down, signifying the adjournment, the senators each took turns in waving and bidding the others goodbye.
Bato, was among the last ones to "leave" and while still live, he let out a comment.
"Sarap ng buhay, ganito na lang tayo palagi ha."
The said session lasted for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. As per Inquirer, Dela Rosa said that the reason he said that life was good was because they used WebEx and it made the discussion of the bills faster.
In a previous KAMI report, the senator gave his reaction to the birthday party celebration of NCRPO Chief Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas. Bato said that Sinas could have just distributed the food to every household for his celebration.
Sen. Bato dela Rosa is one of the neophyte senators. He is a retired police general and served as the Philippine National Police Chief prior to becoming a senator.
