Pokwang posts intense reaction to netizen who called her child ‘monggoloid’

Pokwang lost her cool after a netizen called her young daughter Malia O'Brian “monggoloid”.
On her Instagram account, Pokwang posted a screenshot of the netizen's comment that said, “Ang anak mo mukhang monggoloid.”
Monggoloid is a slang or street word in Filipino used by rude people to describe a person with special needs, usually a person with down syndrome.
The actress and comedienne, on her post’s caption, also penned her reaction to the offensive comment.
“Ganyan umatake ang mga kampon ni satanas kapag wala na maisip na pangbato sayo titirahin ka kung saan ka mahina! kung mukhang monggoloid ang anak kong walang muang ikaw matanda kana pero mas may utak sayo ang monggoloid na sinasabi mo!”
“Akala ko ba matatalino mga trolls? Im sure may anak karin na inosente at binubuhay mo sa pagiging troll mo sana mapakain mo s’ya ng maayos sa pang aalipusta mo sa anak ko na walang malay, at sana mapalaki mo s’ya na maging isang mabuting mamamayan.”
“HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY SA NANAY MO AT SA NANAY KO AT SA NANAY SA BUONG MUNDO! Higit sa lahat... HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY SA AKIN NAPAKA GANDA NG REGALO MO SALAMAT....”
Some of her followers also aired their reactions and defended Malia, Pokwang's child with American husband Lee O'Brian.

“Malia is soo pretty girl Ms . Pokwang. Your daughter is beautiful.”

“As a mother that’s too much & in the first ang cute kaya nang anak mo both pretty I think all you have to do is to pray for this person.”
