“Tummy time with papa,” the Kapamilya actress and TV host said.
Tummy time is a moment that a baby spends on his stomach while awake and supervised.
Practicing tummy time helps babies develop the muscles necessary to lift their heads and, eventually, to sit up, crawl, and walk.
This helps strengthen his head, neck, and shoulder muscles and boost motor skills.
