Funny moment Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto makes 'gigil' at netizen who wasn't listening to him

Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto is a very calm and composed person, but like everyone else, an unwarranted comment on social media may be enough to set him off.

The 30-year-old mayor of Pasig was live on Facebook, directly answering questions from online users.

There was a part where he discussed the supplemental SAP, and where he said that everyone was qualified.

His exact words were "lahat kwalipikado."

Out of nowhere, a netizen commented, "ah so malalagpasan ulit kaming nasa condo."

This clearly didn't sit well with the Mayor who has been taking great care in explaining the program and he apparently got irked. He scratched his head and uttered, "kakasabi ko lang."

In a succeeding post, Mayor Vico Sotto laughed about the incident and even posted the video clip that he somehow lost his cool.
