Robin Padilla willingly aired his two cents about the much-talked-about closure of ABS-CBN.
KAMI learned that the prominent actor is aware that the said network received a “cease and desist” order from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) on May 5.
The giant network was not able to secure a license before May 4 and the said government agency did not allow it to continue operating.
Robin, a known supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte, initially stated that he does not want ABS-CBN to shut down.
He emphasized that he wants the network to change for the better especially now that the country is facing a public health crisis.
The actor also pointed out that the renewal of the contract to operate must be settled immediately because a lot of people are relying on the Kapamilya network.
In a previous article by KAMI, BB Gandanghari aired her hard feelings towards her younger brother Robin.
