The Philippines has recorded on May 3 the highest number of people who recovered from the novel coronavirus disease in just a single day.
KAMI learned that the said information was based on the statistics released by the Department of Health (DOH) through its social media account.
There are 90 patients who survived today, the highest since the country was first hit by the dreadful virus from China.
The said figure is more than double the tallied number of survivors yesterday which was 40.
As of today, the total number of COVID-19 recoveries in the Philippines is already 1,214.
