A jeepney driver and his family have been living inside the jeepney after the driver lost his means of income due to the suspension of public transportation.

KAMI learned that the family could no longer pay rent, which was why they resorted to living in the jeepney.

GMA News posted the photos of the family on Facebook, which showed the deplorable conditions they were in.

The couple, along with two small kids, would sleep inside the jeepney at night. Their laundry and cooking would be done at the side of the streets.

The family also put up a cardboard sign near the entrance of the jeepney, asking for help.

Now, the whole family is relying on any help that could be extended to them by passing motorists.
