The mom of Kathryn Bernardo, popularly known as Mommy Min, took to Twitter to explain the absence of Kath during the celebration of Daniel Padilla's birthday in Magandang Buhay.
She said that her daughter was not feeling well and that the actress woke up to puffy eyes, suspected to be allergies.
Mommy Min asked for an apology and said that they will make up for it.
“To all the Momshies, to Magandang Buhay staff and to KathNiel fans who are excited for this guesting of Kath, we are very sorry if Kath wasn’t able to make it. Unfortunately, she is not feeling well when she woke up with puffy eyes this morning. I think this is due to an allergy. Pasensiya na po. Babawi po kami.”
The April 24 episode was a double celebration as it was also the 4th anniversary of the morning show.
The hosts announced that both Kath and Daniel will be guesting, but it was only Daniel who got to be interviewed. In lieu of Kath, Mommy Min and her niece Lhexine Alcantara greeted the actor.
In a previous KAMI report, Kathryn celebrated her birthday with the best birthday gift ever. She showed the groundbreaking of their new home located on a hill with a fantastic view.
