Celebs react to shooting of Winston Ragos at QC checkpoint

- Celebrities took to social media and expressed their reactions on the fatal shooting of Winston Ragos

Celebrities, like many netizens, also gave their reactions to the shooting of Corporal Winston Ragos by Police Master Sergeant Daniel Florendo at a QC checkpoint for an alleged ECQ violation.

Agot Isidro, in a tweet, described the incident as heartless and asked why the policemen didn't talk or move closer to Ragos.

Heartless. Sa dami ninyo, hindi ninyo muna pinalibutan, lapitan, kausapin, kapkapan. Oo nga pala. Ang utos sa inyo...“Shoot them dead.”

Janine Gutierrez described the incident as unbelievable and heartbreaking.

Enchong Dee stated that the incident was so wrong, "maling-mali 'to."

K Brosas described the whole thing as "nakaka-sad." She also called out those who commented with "buti nga sa kanya" and "pasaway kc kaya ayun."

In a previous report by KAMI, the Philippine Army Chief already ordered the launch an investigation on the death of Corporal Winston Ragos. As per their statement, they also mentioned that the wounds of a soldier are not merely physical but also mental.
