A number of suspected carriers of COVID-19 were mixed at the regular ward after they lied about their actual health statuses.

According to an ABS-CBN report, they lied so that they could give birth at Fabella Hospital, which is a state-run hospital.

Dr. Antoinette Pacapac, the spokesperson of Fabella, stated that more or less, there were 10 patients who lied about symptoms like not having a fever or cough.

The patients who concealed their symptoms were eventually transferred to an isolation ward.
