A lawmaker proposed that provinces that do not have COVID-19 cases should be exempted from the community quarantine and slowly go back to normal operations.

“The reason why we’re doing this [is] para naman gradually ibalik natin sa normal ang ibang lugar na wala namang impeksyon nitong COVID-19,” he added.

As previously reported by KAMI, the Department of Health (DOH) recorded a total of 6,599 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Philippines.
