Zsa Zsa Padilla took to social media to address the importance of taking good care of everyone’s mental health during the enhanced community quarantine.
The singer-actress, who is no stranger to dealing with stress, shared her own simple way to relax that people can easily follow.
“Are you sometimes overwhelmed with stress? Have you tried meditation? It’s rather simple. You start with focusing on your breath and clearing your mind,” Zsa Zsa wrote in an Instagram post.
“Try and do this in the morning upon waking up. All you need is 10 mins a day and you will begin to feel the difference in a couple of days/weeks.”
The Kapamilya star also revealed that she started doing this practice by accident years ago.
“I am no expert and started this practice by accident when I was about to have kidney surgery 8 years ago. I noticed that it made me a calmer person.”
Zsa Zsa realized that she needed to do allot time doing this meditation again due to stressful happening going on amidst this pandemic.
“With all the stressful news going around these days during lockdown, I realized that I had to get back to it.”
“Let’s make this a daily habit. Let’s not forget to take good care of our mental health, too. Love and light to everyone,” she added.

Zsa Zsa Padilla has been in show business for over three decades. She is now engaged to architect Conrad Onglao. Karylle, Zia, and Nicole Quizon are Zsa Zsa’s three children.
