Coleen Garcia on Wednesday returned to her home noontime show "It's Showtime" to promote upcoming movie "Love Me Tomorrow" under Star Cinema.
The feisty actress greeted the audience as she appeared in the studio. "Hello, madlang people! Na-miss ko kayo," Garcia told everyone.
She received warm welcome from her boyfriend Billy Crawford, Vice Ganda and Vhong Navarro. Garcia went to also join the "TrabaHula" segment of the noontime show.
It can be recalled that the 23-year-old Garcia has admitted she will not be returning yet to host "It's Showtime" as she will be prioritizing her acting career this year. She explained in a previous interview with ABS-CBN News' Gretchen Fullido that she will be focusing on her ongoing drama "Pasion de Amor" as well as her upcoming film with Piolo Pascual and Dawn Zulueta.
When asked about her role in her upcoming film Love Me Tomorrow, Garcia revealed that she will be portraying a young socialite who has an "unlabeled" relationship with Pascual's character.
"Iyong characters namin ay within the lifestyle today. I'm a socialite, while Piolo is a DJ. He's really going to learn how to spin. Zulueta is a fashion designer so somehow our characters will cross paths," she added.
Garcia shared that it is her "lightest film yet" and describe the feature as a "coming-of-age" film.
Love Me Tomorrow is directed by Gino M. Santos and opens in theaters nationwide starting May 25.
In the meantime, Garcia refused to expound relationship status when she was previously asked if she plans to marry boyfriend, television-host and actor Billy Crawford, who has openly admitted that he will not hesitate to settle down with her.
"I know I'm ending up with Billy pero siguro huwag muna magpakasal this year. We talk about it naman eh. I know it's going to happen, just not yet," Garcia noted.
