Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. shared a photo of him to prove that he is doing well amid the speculations that he is critically ill.

KAMI learned that Marcos is on self-quarantine after he arrived from Spain.

Through a Facebook post, the former senator shared that he is feeling “better” and getting “stronger” as days go by.

However, he is still waiting for the result of his coronavirus disease (COVID-19) test.

“Fortunately, I feel much better and am getting stronger by the day. I have no doubt in my mind that this is partly due to the excellent work of the nurses and doctors who helped me during this time,” he wrote on Facebook.

I am inspired and moved by the show of courage and commitment of our health workers. You are our true heroes in these most trying times. Thank you!!” he added.

Marcos also expressed his concerns for health workers and frontliners. He also urged all Filipinos to stay at home during the COVID-19 crisis.

Please don’t let the sacrifices of health workers and other frontliners go to waste. Let us all stay home,” he said.
