Actress Kim Chiu has encouraged her followers to remain fit during the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine by doing her #1000jumpchallenge.
In an Instagram post on March 22, the Chinita Princess shared a video clip of her jump rope workout which she has been doing for two days.
According to the Kapamilya actress, she read on the internet that doing jump rope can eliminate lower belly fat.
Later on, she challenged herself to do 1,000 jumps on a jumping rope every day for seven days.
“Making the most of this day10 quarantine! Read on the net doing jump rope can get rid of your lower belly fat (stubborn fats) so I challenged myself to do a 1000 jumps everyday for 7days! Day2 of 7!!!” she captioned.
She then challenged the netizens viewing her post to do the same workout at home which she called #1000jumpchallenge.
“You can try this at home too! Stop at every 100 jump if it’s tiring! STRONG MIND IS STRONG BODY!” Kim said.
“Keep safe everyone! Stay healthy! #1000jumpchallenge,” she added.
