- It revealed that there are more than 300 confirmed cases already as of March 21
- However, it also disclosed that 5 more people have recovered from the said virus
- The total number of recoveries in the country, based on the data of DOH, is now 13
Five more Filipinos have already recovered after being infected with the novel coronavirus disease or COVID-19.
KAMI learned that the total number of recoveries in the Philippines as of March 21 is already 13.
According to the Department of Health (DOH), the five individuals who have recovered belonged to the “vulnerable sector.”
That means that they are considered as those who were most at risk among all the infected patients in the country.
It was also revealed that some of the latest recoveries were elderly, or those who are 60 years old and above.
The health department and the different hospitals in Luzon are now working overtime to make sure that the number of recoveries will increase as days pass by.

The Philippines is one of the countries that is greatly affected by the novel coronavirus disease. As of this writing, there are more than 300 confirmed cases already and the death toll is 19.
