On March 17, ABS-CBN publicized that they have advised artists and production team who interacted with Christopher in the last two weeks to monitor their health at home.

“Following the announcement of Christopher de Leon that he has tested positive for COVID_19, we have advised those who might have interacted with him during the tapings of ‘Love Thy Woman’ in the last two weeks to undergo self-quarantine,” the network said in a statement released on their social media accounts.

ABS-CBN also assured to affected employees that they will provide the utmost assistance and support.

“While we have stopped the tapings of all our teleseryes, we will continue to monitor their situation and provide the necessary assistance and support to those who are affected. The safety of our artists, crew, production teams and their families are important to us,” the broadcast network stated.

It can be recalled that the media giant temporarily earlier said that they suspended live entertainment shows and production of teleseryes starting on March 15 following the Philippine government’s declaration of Metro Manila-wide “community quarantine.”
