Boy Abunda gets emotional during Moira dela Torre's recent guesting

Kapamilya singer Moira dela Torre has buzzed the online community after her latest guesting at Tonight with Boy Abunda went viral on social media.

In the video, KAMI learned that Moira was asked by Boy Abunda to sing a few lines from her latest single, Patawad when the latter suddenly became emotional after her short performance.

After she gave a preview of her latest single, Boy could be seen holding back his tears as he said, "Pinaiyak mo ko."

The Kapamilya host then covered his face as Moira went to give him a hug. Boy eventually expressed his gratitude over Moira's music as well as his realizations upon hearing her song.

According to Boy, Moira's song isn't only applicable to lovers but to families as well, "Thank you for your music. Thank you for the words. What people don't realize is, this just doesn't talk about lovers. It talks about families.

I realized as I was listening to the words, ang dami mong sinasayang na oras na hindi ka nagpapatawad sa sarili mo at sa mga mahal mo sa buhay at ang daming, you know, you go back to the past and say, sayang ang panahon."

It can be worth noting that the Kapamilya host's mother, Licerna 'Lesing' Abunda died last year on Sunday, December 1.

As of this writing, the video already garnered 730,000 views and has also elicited various comments and reactions from netizens as well.
