Celebrity sisters Yassi and Issa Pressman mourn father's death who passed away at the age of 90 on Thursday, February 6.
KAMI learned that Ronnie was said to have suffered from a heart attack last Sunday, February 2, and was rushed to the said hospital but reportedly recovered well and was still able to communicate after.
Issa wrote a heartfelt message for her dad on Instagram. It read: "If you met my father, I bet he made you smile or laugh once if not more. He was charming, always smiling, and had a great sense of humour. He always saw the brighter side of things, no matter the situation. No wonder why you lived such a great and long life, you were always so positive. You were a happy ball energy Papa."
Along with this message, Issa shared some videos of Mr. Pressman.
Yassi shared a clip three days ago taken during her dad's birthday last year.
Mr. Pressman had been a visible figure in the public lives of his celebrity daughters. In a previous guesting on “Magandang Buhay,” Mr. Pressman joined Yassi who got emotional as she was giving a message to her dad.
“I’m just going to promise that I will always take care of you, because you’re my Papito, you’re my ‘macho.’ You just promise to be strong always,” she uttered.
Her dad responded, “I will. That’s to show my appreciation for your presence. I will, I will, I will.”
Our condolences go out to the Pressman family for this heartbreaking loss. May you rest in peace, Mr. Pressman.
