Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III has revealed that a Filipina domestic worker in Dubai passed away on February 2 due to coronavirus.

The unfortunate news came from Sam Nielsen's report on Super Radyo dzBB on Thursday.

According to the said report, the 58-year-old OFW was not named by Bello but stated that she hailed from General Santos City.

Philippine authorities are now working on bringing the OFW’s family members to Dubai, where her remains will be cremated.
