The Filipino people got extremely worried after the first confirmed case of coronavirus in the Philippines was announced by the Department of Health.

KAMI learned that in a study published by The Lancet, it appears that men are more prone to getting infected by coronavirus compared to women.

According to a report by South China Morning Post (authored by Josephine Ma), the study involved 99 patients in Wuhan, the city where the outbreak began.

As of this writing, the virus has already infected 7,800 people and has taken the lives of 170 people.
