Exclusive: Brenda Mage recalls most painful words thrown to him while on set

Brenda Mage did not hesitate to reveal to the public the most painful words that he heard about him while getting ready for a project.

The confession was made when KAMI recently had a chance to interview the said promising celebrity about his showbiz and personal life.

The “Miss Q&A” finalist initially pointed out that there were characters and roles that were not fit for him because of his physical appearance.

He recalled the time when a talent coordinator straightforwardly told him to leave the set already because he did not find his face likable.

“Syempre hindi naman ako kagandahan na artista… So may mga character na hindi nagfi-fit sa akin tapos pagdating doon sa taping mismo, may instances na pinauwi ako at sinabihan akong mukhang ‘baklang kanal,’” he quipped.

“Masakit kasi maraming mga bagay-bagay na kailangan i-consider. Like yung panghuhusga, hindi lang sa basher o sa fans, mismong sa set meron talagang pangyayaring ganon,” he added.

Meanwhile, the other things that Brenda discussed during the exclusive interview were about his life before fame and the things that he regrets after entering showbiz.

He mentioned that since he is now a celebrity, he can already provide for his family and he is also saving money for the future.
