Through a post on social media, Robredo showed photos of their relief efforts with a sign that read “Lugaw Leni.”
“Dito po nagsasandok tayo ng ‘Leni Lugaw’ na special saka po mga pandesal,” Leni quipped.
Aside from the lugaw and pandesal, Robredo said that they distributed face masks, toiletries, and pillows.
In a previous report by KAMI, VP Robredo called out Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Executive Director Mocha Uson for her claims regarding Robredo’s relief efforts.
Uson said that Robredo only distributed 5 pieces of pandesal and bottled water to each evacuee. However, Robredo denied these claims.
