Alden Richards was accused by a netizen of not caring enough about the victims of the Taal Volcano eruption.
KAMI learned that his father, Richard Faulkerson, defended his son from this allegation.
The actor’s dad presented proof that his actor son was active in helping victims of the Taal eruption. He posted a screenshot of Alden’s message to him about giving P10,000 in cash to one victim of the calamity, explaining that it’s just one of the many people he has already helped out.
Netizens on Fashion Pulis expressed their support for the Kapuso superstar, with one of them commenting that it is impossible for Alden not to care for the victims of the calamity since many of his loved ones and businesses were affected.

The Taal Volcano is one of the most famous tourist spots in Batangas. The volcano recently made headlines when it erupted and caused explosions, heavy ashfall, and frequent earthquakes. Classes and work were suspended in many areas because of the eruption.
