Michelle Dee surely made Pinoys proud by making it to the top 12 of the Miss World 2019 competition. Fans have been waiting for her post-pageant statement. However, she just recently posted about her thoughts four days after the beauty contest.
The Kapuso host and beauty queen shared her Miss World journey on her Instagram account. She also did not forget to give credit to her supporters, the Filipino nation.
"It's been an absolutely amazing run and I can't be anymore luckier to have my kababayans stand by me throughout this whole experience."
"Miss World has made me a better, stronger, and wiser person overall and as I've said time and time again, everything happens for a reason. We all stood on that stage driven by passion and a unified goal to make this world a better place in our own ways."
"I definitely wouldn't have made it this far without all of you so thank you so much for your overwhelming support. You were my strength, my purpose, my anchor and it gives me so much pride to be called Filipino. We definitely showed the world what we had to offer as one nation and I hope I made you all proud. I can't wait to see you all back home!"

Michelle Dee is a Filipina model, host, athlete and Miss World Philippines 2019. She is the daughter of actress and 1979 Miss International Melanie Marquez.
