Mom wows netizens with amazing body transformation in just 1 year

A mother of three in Australia has shown off her impressive body transformation in over a year.

KAMI learned that in just 14 months, Keely Dellit lost 125 lbs or 57kgs.

In a report by the Rachfeed (authored by Joy), Keely shared that ever since she got pregnant, she continued to gain weight.

“Honestly, I stopped weighing myself near the end of my last pregnancy because I just didn’t want to know anymore,” Keely said.

When she finally dared to check her weight, she was shocked to see that she ballooned to 126kg or 278lbs.

It was not easy for Keely to accept her weight and figure. She wallowed in self-pity and did not find any motivation to lose her weight. It was until she realized that she has to make changes to stick around longer and watch her kids grow.

Her journey started with changing her diet and eating habits.

“At first, I didn’t cut out the fast food and treats that I loved; I simply chose smaller portions (like a small fry instead of a medium size. Then, I gradually made slightly healthier substitutions (grilled chicken instead of crispy, for example),” Keely said.

As Keely saw her efforts paying off, she decided to start going out for a walk with her children. She also joined a fitness boot camp. As she changed her lifestyle, she also started losing weight and lost about 57 kgs.

Keely also found her passion for health and fitness. She became a personal trainer and started sharing with other people what she learned throughout her fitness journey.

“Becoming a personal trainer has helped me share everything I’ve learned with others who are going through similar struggles. I learned that the trick to long-term weight management and health is to start slow and focus on all the little successes along the way and now I want to pass that information on,” she said.
