President Rodrigo Duterte shared his thoughts on Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s controversial statement from last month.
KAMI learned that Duterte commented on Quiboloy’s claim that he was the one who stopped an earthquake in Mindanao by yelling at it.
In a report by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (authored by Darryl John Esguerra), Duterte said that he believed the extraordinary claim of the controversial pastor.
“I believed in Pastor Quiboloy.
“When he said stop eh kung nagstop eh di what’s the trouble?” Duterte stated.
Quiboloy is known as an ally of Duterte as he supported him in the 2016 Presidential Election.
KAMI previously reported that Vice Ganda challenged Quiboloy to also put a stop to the traffic in EDSA.
Rodrigo Duterte is the 16th and current President of the Philippines. He won the 2016 Presidential Election, garnering over 16 million votes. Duterte defeated Mar Roxas, Grace Poe, and Jejomar Binay in the said election.
